The Screw Royal is the big brother of the Screw. It is a little bit bigger in diameter and a little bit longer. For something named "Royal", it isn't huge in size. Many people who are in the intermediate stage of anal play will be able to take this one in. the soft, pliable silicone makes the whole toy feel smaller than it looks. The base is slim yet thick, and it stays put between the cheeks very well. I love using this for DP sessions with my hubby as it does not pop out as easily as others tend to do.
