It should work just fine for pretty much anyone under a DD cup.. being a D myself, it doesn't appear as if anything much bigger would work well. I would say smaller breasted women would likely have an easier time using this, as it will have more pull and should puff the breasts up a bit.
The base is pretty much just smooth hard plastic, and a little bit of lube provides more comfort and helps the suction factor.
Will it work for small breasted women? What type of base does it have to seal?
